Annual Salary: £35,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

• Maintain and improve the appearance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and pathways
• Perform routine checks on equipment and report any issues to the management team
• Clean up after completion of jobs to ensure safe passage

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in grounds maintenance, with experience working in a similar environment
• GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
• An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting social housing values
