We are seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at HCRG Care Group, delivering high-quality training to clients across the country.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.
  • Ensure internal quality assurance of clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, and maintain up-to-date course information.
  • Develop and implement a modern blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
  • Manage workload with strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have significant clinical practice experience in a relevant field, be registerable with current NMC/HCPC/GDC/Social Work/GMC registration, and possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
