Aparthotel Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team at Wilde Aparthotel Covent Garden in London. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay with us.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have previous management experience of at least 1 year working at the Front Desk in a similar property. They will possess excellent communication skills, be highly focused, motivated, and professional in appearance and presentation to represent the Staycity Group Brand.
Key responsibilities include welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner, monitoring and acting on feedback received through guest satisfaction surveys, and resolving any client disputes and complaints in a professional manner. Additionally, they will supervise department employees, ensuring the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail, be a self-motivator with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer service. You should also demonstrate the ability to motivate, appraise, support, and challenge the team to deliver world-class results on every aspect of the business on a daily basis continuously.
Salary and Benefits
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive paid maternity, surrogacy, adoptive & paternity leave, an extra day off for your birthday, and discounted rates for overnight stays for you and your family and friends.
