Guest Services Manager

We're on the hunt for a talented Guest Services Manager to join our team at Wilde Aparthotel Covent Garden. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and action feedback from guests, 3rd party websites, and clients
  • Supervise department employees to maintain high standards of service
  • Anticipate and rectify problems to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Deputize for the Front Office Manager as needed

Requirements:
  • Previous management experience of at least 1 year in a similar property
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Ability to motivate and support the team to deliver world-class results
