Job Description

Office

Based in London, this role requires a minimum of 3 days/week on property, with home office possible the other days and occasional travel to aparthotels and accounts within the UK region or to Paris head office.

Missions

  • Responsible for corporate sales for London, with a strong focus on Adagio London City East's future opening.
  • C coordinate actions and missions on corporate sales with Accorhotels Group.
  • Increase sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio through higher penetration within existing accounts.
  • Acquire new corporate accounts with a focus on extended stay (4 nights and more) to increase the customer portfolio in London and the UK region.
  • Develop corporate cross-selling revenue for French and Central European properties.

Tasks

Sales Management

  • Acquire new accounts through sales actions, including tele-acquisition, one-to-one, and email marketing.
  • Manage new accounts, including contracting and sales animation.
  • Provide recommendations for short-term and long-term sales strategies and participate actively in defining and implementing the sales action plan, including follow-up.
  • Transmit leads to other aparthotels or sales forces of other European countries.

Communication

  • C coordinate closely with Accor Group Account Managers to promote Aparthotels Adagio in global RFPs.
  • Work in close collaboration with aparthotels' General Managers through regular conference calls and/or meetings on achieved results, optimisation opportunities, market, and competition information, and trends.
  • Actively participate in ACCOR market place organisations to ensure the relevance of our strategies within each place.

Reporting, Tools, & Benchmark

  • Conduct regular sales reporting according to Adagio guidelines.
  • Manage relevant CRM, databases, and tools.
  • Conduct regular market and competition checks, and inform the team about news and trends.

Qualifications

Main Specific Requirements

  • Capacity to convert company guidelines into sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of hospitality and distribution actors, ideally also on extended stay.
  • Result-oriented and persuasive.
  • Capable of creating, animating, and developing a customer portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations and oral communication.
