About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our digital retail team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our e-commerce platform and ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including the display of luxury products, customer queries, returns, exchanges, payments, and more.
  • Customer Experience: Manage the customer relationship journey, ensuring all queries, complaints, and feedback are handled efficiently to uphold premium customer service standards.
  • Sales Optimisation: Validate orders through fraud checks, manage cart abandonment, and continually analyse sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Strategy: Control and optimise the digital experience across all owned online channels and third-party retailers, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, PR, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements. Partner with external agencies to drive digital campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC), search engine advertising (SEA), and retargeting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the e-commerce team, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and are working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience in a digital marketing and e-commerce environment
  • A strong command of e-commerce/CMS platforms
  • A broad understanding of all things digital, with a desire to keep learning about social media platforms, apps, and the latest tech trends
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Strong data analysis skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for improving traffic, sales, and customer engagement
  • A good understanding of UX design, and a desire to test and implement innovative ideas that drive performance
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
