We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Client Service Delivery Associate at Exponential-e Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operational delivery for our major account clients, ensuring seamless service transitions and delivery.
  • Manage key service reports, including monthly service reviews, financial billing, and incident, change, and problem management.
