About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Product Owner to join our team at Exponential-e. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing product backlogs, defining priorities of work and tasks through clear communication to a multitude of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Objectives: Ensure the team understands what needs to be achieved and maintain a deep understanding of the market, user needs, and the product roadmap.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize backlog items based on business value, urgency, and stakeholder input to maximize product value, ensuring that each backlog item provides clear value to stakeholders, and continuously refining and adjusting the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.
  • Supporting the Development Team: Assist the development team and adjust the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.
Requirements
  • Systems Development Experience: Proven track record of managing complex workstreams.
