Sales and Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delegate Sales Manager to join our team at Reuters Events. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving delegate revenue across all events, coaching and managing the delegate sales team, and developing telesales sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize delegate revenue streams at our conferences and events.
- Coach, motivate, and manage the delegate sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and event management teams to optimize event offerings and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and feed your findings into future strategies.
- Work closely with the conference production and wider revenue-generating teams to allocate resources efficiently.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in a senior sales role. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also have a keen interest in developing staff and the ability to use your managerial acumen to motivate and maintain our delegate sales team.
