Job Title: Care Professionals

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, including accompanying them to appointments and activities
  • Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions
  • Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel around
  • Willingness to undergo a full DBS check
  • No prior care qualifications or experience required, as we provide award-winning training
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and night shifts
