About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Product Owner to join our team at Exponential-e. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing product backlogs, defining priorities of work and tasks through clear communication to a multitude of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, user needs, and the product roadmap.
  • Prioritise backlog items based on business value, urgency, and stakeholder input to maximise product value.
  • Support the development team and adjust the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.
Requirements
  • Systems Development Experience with a demonstratable track record of managing complex workstreams.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, with hands-on experience in applying them.
  • Assertive Stakeholder Management with the ability to confidently lead discussions.
  • Ability to be organised and diligent in task prioritisation.
  • Attention to Detail.
