We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our Wise Platform team as a Director of Regional Sales and Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will set strategy, coach and develop your team, and achieve ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to develop strategies that enable us to capture market share and deliver high levels of proficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, with a strong focus on customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and business development.
