About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving profitability for Arvato.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing profit and loss and ensuring pricing and profitability align with financial targets
  • Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring service level agreement adherence, key performance indicator variance, and client satisfaction surveys
  • Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projects
  • Drive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutions
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as needed
  • Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client success
