About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of client relationships from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing profit and loss and ensuring pricing and profitability align with financial targets.
  • Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring service level agreement adherence, key performance indicator variance, and client satisfaction surveys.
