We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced New Business Manager to join our team at Oasis Community Housing. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of new business and project-managing our response to tendering opportunities.

Oasis Community Housing is a Christian homelessness charity based in Gateshead, working across North East England and South London. We help more than 1,000 people every year by providing housing, specialized support, and a place where they feel they belong. Our ambitious strategy aims to widen our reach and amplify our impact for men, women, children, and vulnerable families facing homelessness.

The successful candidate will have excellent business development skills, with experience in project-managing responses to tendering opportunities. They will also have a strong understanding of the charity sector and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,100 per annum, with a range of benefits including a starting salary of £31,190 per annum, and a band going up to £34,532 per annum, dependent on annual performance reviews. The full-time role is flexible, with a minimum of 25 hours and a maximum of 37 hours per week.
