The Housing Advice & Homeless Prevention Officer role at Vox Network Consultants offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families in need. As a key member of our Housing Team, you will play a vital role in delivering expert housing advice and support to clients across North London.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing proactive housing options advice, including security of tenure, low-cost home ownership, and preventing homelessness. You will work closely with clients to understand their housing needs and provide personalized guidance on accessing available resources.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of working in a pressurized environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically will be essential in resolving complex enquiries and issues.

This role requires a strong understanding of housing options, move-on strategies, and homeless prevention techniques. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.

Key Benefits:
