About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global Farm Machinery Manufacturer as an Aftersales Administrator and Engineer Support.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of aftersales processes, including service and parts reporting, and supporting engineers in their daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating routine reporting documents for the UK parts business
  • Attending weekly parts meetings and reporting to the head office parts team
  • Processing parts price claims and issuing monthly/quarterly dealer parts bonus letters and statements
  • Supporting dealers with general parts enquiries and consulting with colleagues in UK and EU on parts enquiries and claims
  • Monitoring product recall progress and status, and reporting results to the Aftersales Manager, Area Service Managers, and dealers
  • Releasing safety and service recalls to the network of dealers
  • Supporting training processes, preparation, and administration, and assisting with presenting training courses
  • Answering main line telephones with other admin staff

Requirements:

  • Dealership/service department/Agricultural Engineering experience required
  • IT literate - Microsoft, SAP, Excel, Dealer Systems
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Forklift operator experience beneficial but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is circa £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including BUPA health cover, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and an excellent company pension scheme.
