Holt Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles, advising on timescales and collection arrangements, and producing job cards on the in-house computer system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and provide personalized advice on vehicle maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to sell additional products and services to customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
