Aftersales Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aftersales Customer Service Specialist in the Swatch Group. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

About the Role
  • You will be the point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • With excellent communication skills, you will effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, providing feedback and insights that drive business success.
  • With a thorough understanding of our products and services, you will provide reliable information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries.
Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns.
  2. Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to guaranteed and after-sales service.
  3. Help resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
