Role Summary:

The Wrightbus Aftersales Service Manager is a key role within our team at Bamford Bus Company Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the provision of high-quality aftersales service to our customers, ensuring that their vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a company vehicle, and a generous pension scheme.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong management background, with experience in leading teams and managing projects. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 4/City and Guilds relating to Management or equivalent
  • Demonstrate 3 years' experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to travel long distances and often work abnormal hours
