Aftersales Department Lead

We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Manager to join our client's team in Aylesbury. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profitability within the department.
Responsibilities:- To effectively manage the Workshop, Parts and Service departments
- To maintain high standards of customer service
- To contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a main dealer environment, dealing directly with customers in a service role, and ideally workshop control. You will also need excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to learning, and a full clean driving licence.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary, estimated to be around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
