As a key member of the pricing team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, developing monitoring solutions, and working closely with the development team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to Linux servers and basic networks.
  2. Develop and implement monitoring solutions to improve system performance.
  3. Maintain and configure infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  4. Resolve technical challenges and update software to meet customer needs.
  5. Collaborate with developers to enhance current software.
  6. Automate support processes to increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of software development or 2+ years of technical support experience.
  2. Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  3. Proficiency in Unix and modern programming languages.
  4. Familiarity with AWS, networks, and operating systems.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
