Aftersales Manager
Pembroke Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Aftersales Director to lead our client's Service/Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running a WIP, warranty, and debtors process, as well as managing parts support and ensuring Aftersales franchise standards are maintained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing on actions required to improve sales. This role requires outstanding relationship-building skills with customers and improving CSI results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control WIP, warranty, and debtors.
  • Manage parts support process.
  • Maintain Aftersales franchise standards.
  • Monitor and control sales activity.
