We are seeking an exceptional Aftersales Expert to join our team at The Watches of Switzerland Group.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading luxury retailer and grow your career in the industry.

You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience in our Aftersales Department, taking in repairs, ordering parts, and assisting clients with service warranties.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal and external workshops to ensure Aftercare orders are completed efficiently and to the expected levels of service.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
