We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive, responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland region.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company, driving growth and success in the UK and Irish markets. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for adapting the global marketing strategy to meet the unique needs of our local customers, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales and aftersales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, securing maximum exposure for our brand.
  • Collaborate with central teams to maximize the effectiveness of global marketing messages.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing communications and media management, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Automotive experience highly desirable, but broader sector experience is also acceptable.
  • Successful track record of delivering national/international branding activities.
  • Experience coordinating agencies to complete multiple projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and commercial best practices.
Compensation:

An attractive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
