Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Location: Dura Composites office

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Dura Composites. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our market share.
  2. Bid on new projects and tenders, working closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  4. Work closely with our internal teams, including operations, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and project delivery.
  5. Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform future sales strategies.
  6. Travel extensively to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade missions to promote our products and services.
  7. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnership development.
  8. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external parties to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales interactions and customer information.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £43,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus potential earnings up to £66,000 per annum through our NPGSBS scheme, taking the total package to around £57,581 - £72,729 per annum. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including full sick pay after 1 year's service, auto-enrolment pension scheme, occupational health services, wellbeing programmes, and quarterly 1-2-1 welfare and performance reviews.
