About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and supportive Team Teach Teaching Assistant to join our team in Witney. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in helping students with SEN reach their full potential.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Support the creation of an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth, progress, and social inclusion.
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and ideas, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of student welfare and safety, reporting any concerns to senior teaching staff.
Remuneration and Benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in SEN or SEMH settings is preferred.
- Holding a Team Teach or similar certificate is essential.
- UK-based teaching assistant roles require at least 1 year of experience.
Licence/Certification
- A driving licence is preferred but not required.
