Teaching Assistant Position

We are looking for a motivated Academic Teaching Partner to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a valued member, you will contribute significantly to the educational progress of our students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children, maintaining a secure and supportive learning environment.
  • Cater to children at diverse developmental levels, drawing upon your knowledge of child development principles.
  • Develop, organize, and execute engaging learning activities that stimulate cognitive growth and creativity.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, cultivating a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Support children with special educational needs, including those with communication and language difficulties and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
  • Participate in lesson planning, teaching, and assessment, enhancing academic excellence.
Required Skills
  • Possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent, illustrating your expertise in early childhood education.
  • Showcase at least 10 years of experience in early years, SEND, or teaching assistant roles, demonstrating your dedication to child development.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and experience supporting children with SEN and EAL, ensuring you meet our high standards.
  • Be a team-focused individual with a genuine passion for working with children, respecting their dignity, and fostering their development.

Salary Range: £89 - £98 per day.
