We are seeking a dedicated SEN Student Advocate to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and social development of our students with special educational needs.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

  • Assist with 1:1 interventions and small group learning sessions to ensure all students have access to additional support when needed.
  • Support teachers in-class to keep SEN students engaged and motivated.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A Psychology degree (2:2 or higher)
  • Strong knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A-C)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusivity

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
