* Proactively seek out new business opportunities and strategies to win contracts.

Requirements:

* A strong background in the engineering and contracting industries in the North-East of England.
* A well-established network of relevant industry contacts in Teesside.
* Demonstrated ability to gain access to major engineering projects and secure bid opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
* Ability to approach business development with a strategic and proactive mindset.
