The Role
We are seeking two driven Business Development Executives to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data within our CRM system
- Create a pipeline of qualified leads
- Research customers and potential markets
- Conduct sales follow-up calls
- Forecast and achieve personal sales targets
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Experience updating and maintaining a CRM system
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A positive, resilient attitude
- At a minimum, GCSEs in Maths and English at level 4 (Grade C) or equivalent
