This is a critical position that plays a vital role in securing the necessary resources to support our mission of providing exceptional care for those we serve.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, driving innovative fundraising campaigns, and managing a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to secure funding and support for our services.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to ensure the financial sustainability of our organization.
- Lead and manage a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising efforts with other business units and departments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
