Head of Sales Opportunity

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is partnering with a leading Automotive Manufacturer to recruit a seasoned Head of Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a scaling Commercial team in Teesside and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, relationships, and lead sourcing.
  • Manage and maintain a developed customer base, ensuring timely processing of sales and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and registration departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Develop and implement a succession plan, coaching and developing existing team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading national field-based/remote sales teams, with a proven track record of sales and people growth.
  • Extensive LCV Fleet Sales experience, with a strong understanding of LCV variants and use cases.
  • Proven ability to lead from the front and by example, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM management software.
