We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Water Treatment Sales Professional to join our team at Adepto Technical Recruitment. This full-time, permanent, field-based role offers a unique blend of challenge and opportunity in the North East UK.

Why This Role is Exciting:

As a Water Treatment Sales Professional, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our market presence in the water treatment sector. You'll cultivate and grow relationships with both new and existing customers, championing the Solenis brand and products.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with our commercial team to understand market needs and business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintaining a precise and prioritized sales funnel, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Managing account profitability and enhancing safety processes to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Driving customer satisfaction to retain and grow business, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our market presence and increasing revenue.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Extensive experience in the water treatment industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related science field, with a focus on business and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid full driving license for frequent travel, with a strong understanding of the North East UK region.
