Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to secure new customers.
* Collaborate with the Service Centre General Manager and Sales Director to implement sales strategies and business plans.
* Work with the Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to customer opportunities.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the company's product portfolio and tailor benefits to customer needs.
* Track performance of new customers and ensure they trade to agreed profiles.
* Submit accurate and timely business forecasts.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in the delivery/logistics sector or retail/FMCG sector.
* Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
* Detailed understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
* Proven track record of closing major opportunities and professional sales and negotiating training.
* Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to travel within designated territory and work with minimal supervision.
* Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Email, Access, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £35,000 basic, with flexibility to £40,000 DOE.
* Commission paid monthly, £20,000 to £25,000 extra.
* 10% on revenue at 3 months and 15% at 6 months.
* Company car (Mercedes A Class, Audi A3, BMW 1 Series) or car allowance.
* Pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday.
