Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Park Lane Surgery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing care and support to patients with a range of health conditions.
  • Health Education and Promotion: Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions, such as diabetes.
  • Administrative and Clinical Duties: Manage patient records, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Quality and Safety: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality and safety initiatives, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Registered General Nurse with current registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
