About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Unit at East Cheshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of orthopaedic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive care environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in orthopaedic nursing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current first-level registration in General/Adult Nursing.
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in an area of specialism, preferably in orthopaedic nursing.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development and a commitment to ongoing learning.
