Position Overview
We are pleased to announce a permanent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to become a vital member of our nursing staff within the Surgical Unit. This role is available on both full-time and part-time schedules, allowing for flexibility to accommodate various needs.
Our Surgical Unit is committed to providing exceptional care for adult patients, including those undergoing urgent surgical procedures and those with acute surgical conditions, such as:
- General Surgery
- Gynecological Procedures
- Minor Orthopedic Issues
Our nursing teams emphasize the six C's of nursing care, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered in a secure environment that addresses the individual needs of each patient in a compassionate and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities, teamwork skills, and a foundational understanding of surgical practices. We are committed to your professional growth through personalized development plans, extensive training opportunities, and support in expanding your skills and knowledge across various surgical areas.
We provide adaptable working arrangements on a roster basis, which includes a balanced mix of day, night, and weekend shifts to meet patient needs while fostering a fair and equitable work environment for our entire team.
Employment Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: (Part-time options available)
Shift Patterns: Shifts may include early (7:00-15:00), late (13:00-20:00), long day (7:00-20:00), or night shifts (19:30-7:30)

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include supporting the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality nursing care. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that patients receive exemplary care through a holistic, patient-centered approach, while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
