Dementia Lead Position

We are looking for a highly skilled dementia specialist to join our team as a Regional Dementia Lead. This role involves working closely with management teams to develop and implement strategies for delivering exceptional dementia care. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents, their families, and the wider team receive the necessary support and guidance to create a caring environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver dementia training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and support to management teams on addressing incidents related to distress behavior.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest best practices in dementia care.

A competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum is offered for this challenging and rewarding role.
