Role Overview
Servicenow is a leading provider of innovative AI-enhanced technology solutions to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500. We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Development Lead to join our expanding Global Sales Development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities to build sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Following up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities
  • Managing all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
  • Collaborating with Marketing to complete multiple demand generation campaigns
  • Elevating company presence at regional trade shows and events
  • Developing a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and their value proposition
  • Conducting thorough research on target accounts for prospecting activities, building contact lists, and mapping companies/accounts
  • Maintaining accurate CRM information to ensure seamless account handovers
  • Utilizing Servicenow technology to manage marketing leads effectively

To succeed in this role, you should possess a customer-focused mindset, basic knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings, and the ability to differentiate ServiceNow's value proposition. Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
