Enterprise Sales Enablement Leader

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Enablement Leader to join our team and help us drive growth and innovation across ServiceNow's go-to-market (GTM). As a seasoned sales leader with expertise in business development, strategy, and operations, you will partner with workflow/business unit & cross-functional business partners to build integrated and unified GTM strategies.
Key responsibilities include owning the multi-quarter business performance view, continuously tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure success, recommending course correction and success initiatives, and bringing deep domain expertise to help win top GBS deals.
Job Requirements- 10+ years experience in sales, business development, and GTM strategy
- Deep sales, market, and product knowledge relating to Global Business Services, with proven enterprise software sales experience in a large, global matrixed sales organization
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $160,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
