Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Head of EDI, ensuring the smooth delivery of key projects and initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within our organization.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of EDI, including coordinating meetings, managing email correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of EDI policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Support the delivery of EDI training and awareness programs, including coordinating logistics and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote EDI initiatives and ensure a culture of inclusion within the organization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of EDI-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials.

Person Specification
- NVQ 3 or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
- Experience of working in a statutory or voluntary sector organization.
- Experience of providing advice on service development and delivery and/or equality and diversity issues.
- Experience of multi-agency working.
- Experience of supporting projects.
- Experience of working with people/groups who have been subject to discrimination/inequality.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
