Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented candidate to provide essential administrative support to our Public Protection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

About the Role

This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of public protection services, including Environmental Health, Environmental Protection, Trading Standards, and Licensing. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Public Protection team
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office
  • Assisting with the management of public protection services, including Environmental Health, Environmental Protection, Trading Standards, and Licensing

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven clerical experience, be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and have strong attention to detail.
