Administrative Support Officer

Made By Mortals is seeking a highly organised and skilled Company Administrator to support the operational aspects of our work. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient systems, developing new processes, and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, communication, and event coordination
- Manage and maintain engagement statistics for workshops, events, and performances
- Support the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven experience in a company administrator role, preferably within the arts, health, and care sectors
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, database management, and other relevant software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of and interest in the arts
