About the Role

Made By Mortals is seeking a highly organised and diligent individual to support the operational aspects of our work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient systems to support our creative community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chairing and taking minutes in team meetings
  • Maintaining engagement statistics for workshops, events, and performances
  • Invoicing, managing petty cash, and receipts
  • Maintaining a database/CRM system of organisational contacts
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • General administrative support and maintaining effective filing systems
  • Ordering office stationery, ink, printing, postage, etc.
  • Admin support on funding applications
  • Booking and liaising with venues and artists
  • Supporting facilitators and participants during workshops
  • Updating the weekly community group schedule
  • Coordinating community lunches and refreshments for workshops
  • Weekly reminder phone calls/texts to participants
  • Creating, printing, and distributing schedules for participants
  • Maintaining group registers/engagement statistics
  • Supporting with recruiting audiences for events
  • Admin support for Armchair Adventures, for example, schools and library work
  • Admin support for research projects, training, and events

Requirements
