About the Role

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team as an Administrative Team Lead in providing a professional and effective Reception and Clerical service for the Trust's Outpatients Service.

">

The successful candidate will be based across the General Outpatient Reception areas, supporting the flexibility of the rota and working the agreed working pattern. Customer service skills and Computer literacy are essential as you will be expected to input and extract information from various Trust Patient Administrative Systems, book treatments and appointments.

You will undertake a variety of administration duties to assist in the smooth running of the service and reception area you are allocated to each day. Support with the line management of Outpatient Reception Clerks, maintaining a high level of customer service, accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

This role requires excellent communication & customer service skills, being friendly and caring whilst maintaining a professional approach, and be able to evidence the ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Job Requirements

">

We require a proactive and organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-level customer service environment and be computer literate.

">

Desirable qualifications include ECDL (or equivalent) and 5 GCSE grades A-C or equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role and knowledge of Lorenzo Patient Administration System would be advantageous.

Please note that this role will also require physical effort at times when preparing and managing patients Medical Records.
