Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop new Baristas to achieve their full potential
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective inventory management and stock control
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of store operations
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
