Job Title: Clinical Lead Practitioner

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Lead Practitioner. As a key member of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, you will provide clinical leadership, support, and supervision to clinical staff. You will work closely with the Operational Team Manager to develop and implement clinical strategies, ensure high-quality care, and promote a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and support to clinical staff
• Collaborate with the Operational Team Manager to develop and implement clinical strategies
• Ensure high-quality care and promote a collaborative team environment
• Participate in the extended working hours as required by the needs of the service
• Provide clinical leadership and structured clinical supervision to the team

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience at Band 6 or equivalent
• Masters degree or equivalent
• Evidence of improving service quality
• Successful track record of prompting, leading, and implementing change programmes
• History of holding responsibility and accountability for clinical decisions
• Proven track record of successful strategic thinking
• Experience of leading on audit and/or research activity related to clinical practice
• Ability to work in a pressured environment and manage competing priorities
