Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Pennine Care NHS FT as a Clinical Lead for Occupational Therapy. As a key member of the Older People's Service team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of the Occupational Therapy service.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in occupational therapy, with a strong clinical specialism and expertise in assessing and intervening with clients. You will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of occupational therapists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Occupational Therapy service.
  • Lead a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Clinical Lead shall take part in multidisciplinary/interagency working effectively to provide person-centered services, establish strong collaboration and communication amongst different teams.
    Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
