Critical Care Outreach Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Outreach Practitioner to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Critical Care Outreach Team, you will play a vital role in facilitating discharges from Critical Care to wards, providing clinical training to ward staff, and acting as a role model and mentor.
With recent experience in critical care or an acute/emergency care background, you will possess excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. You will also have a clear vision for the scope of the outreach service and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum. The successful candidate will be registered as a First Level Nurse with current UK registration (NMC) and educated to Degree Level in a relevant subject.
